Reference
The documents the work is actually measured against. Military handbooks, standard practices and procedures, kept here so the ones worth having on the bench stay in one place and stay reachable. These are U.S. Government engineering references, approved for public release, mirrored whole and unaltered.

MIL-HDBK-419A: Grounding, Bonding, and Shielding
The Department of Defense handbook on grounding, bonding and shielding for electronic equipment and facilities, both volumes in one file. Volume 1 lays out the basic theory: earth electrode systems, signal grounding, electromagnetic shielding, and fault, lightning and EMP protection. Volume 2 turns it into practice, down to RED/BLACK layout and installation. It backs the requirements of MIL-STD-188-124A. Dense, but the standard bench reference on the subject.
