Field Record

A printable logbook for portable operating, built around the outing rather than the contact. Describe your station, choose what goes in, and take the PDF away.

Your station

Nothing here is sent anywhere. The book is put together inside this browser tab, and your callsign never leaves it.

What goes in

Start from one of these, then change anything you like.

Field reference sections

Part One, the material you reach for on site.

Station records

Part Three, the part that outlives the volume.

Radio quick reference

Open a radio to see where its card came from before you put it in a book you will trust in the field. Only one card was written from a radio on a bench; the rest were restated from the makers' own manuals, and each says so.

Your repeaters and nets

Optional. A Chirp export works with no editing, and so does any CSV with a column of output frequencies. Leave these empty and the repeater pages come through as ruled grids to fill in as you work the machines. The files are read in this tab and not uploaded.
